Winning Bizness Desk
Mumbai. The largest conglomerate in the country Tata group is currently being headed by Ratan Tata who has gone too old to handle the daily affairs for a longer period of time. "Winning Bizness", however, wishes him good health. Questions have been surfacing since long on who will replace him and who will manage such a big business empire? The answer to this question has been found by Ratan Tata himself as according to the reports, he has started training the heirs of the Tata Group and it is understood that these heirs will take charge of the entire Tata Group. Interestingly, both these heirs are girls and their age is not even 40 years. The daughters of Ratan Tata's younger brother Noel Tata are likely to be the heirs of the Tata Group. They have two daughters, Leah, Maya and a son, Neville Tata. These divas usually stay away from the media limelight and work under the guidance of Ratan Tata, so that they can handle a multi-crore business empire in the future.

The board of Tata Medical Center Trust, a subsidiary of the Tata Group, has inducted Lia, Maya and Neville Tata on 2 November 2022. A graduate of the University of Warwick and Bays Business School, Maya has contributed to the Tata Group in a number of roles.
