The company operates in the quick delivery segment of grocery. Ride service company Ola has also fired 130 to 200 employees recently. The company also works in the electric vehicle manufacturing sector. Earlier in September last year, the company had fired 200 engineers.

Online payment service provider Cashfree has immediately laid off 100 of its employees. The company has taken this decision to reduce the cost. Byju's, one of the most valuable startups in the country, has also laid off a large number of people in the new year. The company says that it will cut 5 percent of its workforce of 50,000 employees.
