Very soon this discussion became a joint venture and about 3 years ago the Kay Beauty brand was launched. Katrina Kaif holds 41.5 percent stake in Nykaa and K-beauty joint venture. It is a direct subsidiary of Nykaa. Regarding her make-up line, Katrina says that it is one of her biggest dreams. She often collaborates with many make-up artists in the country to promote K-beauty. Incorporates their idea into their business and innovates the product with this. The idea of starting her own beauty line was given to Katrina Kaif by her longtime manager Vivek Kamath. It was he who fixed her meeting with Falguni Nair, the founder of Nykaa. Nykaa is a Mumbai based e-commerce company. It was started in 2012 by Falguni Nair. Its special thing is that this platform exclusively sells beauty, wellness and fashion products.
