Mumbai. In May, India saw a massive increase in money flowing into New Fund Offers (NFOs) – more than a 1,000% jump, totaling ₹4,170 crore. Responding to this trend, six new funds will launch next week, offering a variety of investment choices.
Zerodha Silver ETF Fund of Fund
The first fund is an open-ended equity scheme that invests in domestic silver via Zerodha’s Silver ETF. It opens on June 23, 2025, and closes on July 4, 2025. It aims to track silver prices in India. Investors can start with a small amount.
SBI Nifty 200 Momentum 30 Fund
SBI is launching an open-ended index fund that invests in large and mid-cap stocks, based on the Nifty 200 Momentum 30 index. Subscriptions run from June 23 to July 3, 2025. You can invest from ₹5,000, with no lock-in period. But there is a 0.25% fee if you withdraw within 15 days.
Kotak Nifty 200 Quality 30 Fund and ETF
Kotak Mutual Fund is introducing two options: an index fund and an ETF tracking the Nifty 200 Quality 30. Subscriptions are open from June 23 to July 7, 2025. You can invest in the index fund for just ₹100 and in the ETF for ₹5,000. There is no lock-in or exit fee. The managers are Devendra Singhal, Satish Dondapati, and Abhishek Bisen.
Union Low Duration and Bajaj Finserv Small-Cap Funds
Union Low Duration Fund is a debt scheme investing in short-term debt to manage liquidity and moderate returns. It runs from June 26 to July 3, 2025, with a ₹1,000 minimum and no exit fees. Bajaj Finserv Small‑Cap Fund is an equity scheme targeting small companies for long‑term growth. It is open from June 27 to July 11, 2025, with just ₹500 as the minimum.
