Mumbai. Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL) director Isha Ambani on Thursday announced the opening of a multi-art cultural center at Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex. Its name will be Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center (NMACC). This center is dedicated to his mother Nita M Ambani who has been playing the role of educationist, businesswoman, philanthropist and longtime art patron. This cultural center will be the first of its kind in the field of arts.
NMACC to be built at Jio World Center
The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center will be built at the Jio World Center in Mumbai. There will be a performance and visual arts display in a three-storey building. The Grand Theatre, The Studio Theater and The Cube will be built for performing arts. Advance technology will be used in all these. A four-storey art house will also be launched to showcase Indian and international artists.
Will be opened on 31st March 2023
Isha Ambani said on this occasion, “Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center is not just a space. It is the culmination of my mother's passion for art, culture and India. He has always dreamed of creating a platform where audiences, artists and creatives can come together. His vision for NMACC is to showcase India's strengths to the world and bring the world closer to India." The doors of NMACC will be opened for the visitors on 31st March 2023. There will be a three-day program on the occasion of the launch, in which many eminent artists of national and international level will showcase their art.
