Mumbai. At the beginning of every new month some new changes come about which we keep informing you from time to time. These changes are related to your pocket-life and needs. This time there are some economic changes that can have a direct impact on your pocket. Because from November 1, many things can change across the country.
1) KYC mandatory for insurance claims
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) may make it mandatory for insurers to provide KYC (Know Your Customer) details from November 1. As of now, it is voluntary to provide KYC details while buying a non-life insurance policy which may be made mandatory from November 1. Rules related to KYC can be made mandatory for both new and old customers. Under this, if you do not present KYC documents while making an insurance claim, then your claim can be rejected.
2) Gas cylinder price will change
On the first day of every month, there is a change in the prices of LPG gas cylinders by the petroleum companies. In such a situation, on November 1, new prices of LPG gas cylinders will be released by the oil companies. On November 1, the prices of both 14 kg domestic and 19 kg commercial gas cylinders may change. On the first of this month also, the prices of commercial gas cylinders were cut.
3) Time table of trains will change
There is also going to be a change in the time table of trains from November 1. Indian Railways is going to change the time table of trains across the country. Earlier, there was going to be a change in the time table of trains from October 1, but due to some reasons, the date of October 31 has been fixed further. Now the new time table will be implemented from 1st November. After this, the timings of 13 thousand passenger trains and 7 thousand on goods trains will change. Timings of about 30 Rajdhani trains running in the country will also change from November 1.
4) Delivery of cylinders
The process related to the delivery of LPG cylinders is also going to change from 1st November. After booking the gas, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number of the customers. When the cylinder comes for delivery, you will have to share this OTP with the delivery boy. Once this code is matched with the system, the customer will only get the delivery of the cylinder.
