Mookambika Infosolutions is a privately held global technology solutions provider serving US customers. The company has about 750 employees. Out of this, about 40% employees have been associated with the company for at least five years.

I-T firm started in 2006

Journey of the I-T firm started in 2006 in Sivakasi. Due to the increasing number of employees, the company shifted to Madurai in 2010, whereas most of the companies in Tamil Nadu at that time preferred to have their base in Chennai. A media report states that the company has kept its attrition rate below 10% for several years. The company gives a 6-8% salary hike to its employees twice a year.

The company's founder MP Selvaganesh said, "Employees treat me like a brother. If there is a problem, the employees contact them directly. The company started giving salary hikes on marriage from the very beginning. Then started giving matchmaking service for free.
