Mumbai. Idea 2IT, a Chennai based IT company has gifted Maruti Suzuki cars to 100 of its employees. The company took this decision after being happy with the work of the employees. Its CEO Gayatri Vivekanandan said that the car is being given to employees who have been associated with us for more than 10 years. Though, 500 employees work in this company. The CEO added that it is our endeavor to distribute the profits earned from the employees among the employees. Murali Vivekanandan, Founder and President, Ideas 2IT said that the employees have done a lot of work to make the company better. Employees are not getting this car from the company, but they have earned it with their own hard work.

Company had promised to do so

Vivekanandan said, "Seven-eight years ago we had promised that when we achieve the target, we will share part of our earnings with the employees. Giving cars to these employees is the first step of the company. Soon the company will take more such steps for the employees in future.After receiving the gift, the employees said that it is always good to get a gift from the company. The company shares happiness by giving gifts like gold coins, iPhones on every occasion. Cars are a big thing for us.

Firm manufacturing high end engineering products

Ideas 2IT has its head office in Chennai which manufactures high end engineering products. Ideas2IT has gifted 100 Maruti Suzuki cars to 100 employees for being with them and contributing to the continued success of the company. The company works for Facebook, Bloomberg and Microsoft. The company works to provide the latest software projects to Facebook, Bloomberg, Microsoft, Oracle, Motorola, Roche, Medtronic and many other companies.
